Official meetings industry catalogue of the Czech Republic

Main features:

This comprehensive catalogue is an important document aimed at facilitating acquisition of congresses and conferences and advancing the meetings and incentive industry in the Czech Republic. Its publication is again the result of cooperation between the CzechTourism agency – Czech Convention Bureau and C.O.T. Media publishing house.

The catalogue is in English and contains over 140 pages with over 600 congress and conference venues with a minimum capacity for 70 participants in all the regions of the Czech Republic. There is also a list of 200 organisers of meetings and incentive events and their suppliers in alphabetical order.

The catalogue is arranged according to the regions of the Czech Republic. The introduction of each section contains information about the region and its regional convention bureau if one is active there. The individual venues are given with all the contact data necessary and basic features (hall and room capacities, pictograms showing the services provided, etc.).

In addition to the entries that are given free of charge, meeting venues, organizers and suppliers also have the opportunity to place paid advertisements in the catalogue (prices given below) thus making their presentations more attractive and catching the eye of readers. Distribution:

The catalogue in printed and CD form will be distributed by the Czech Convention Bureau and the CzechTourism agency through all its foreign offices; at travel shows abroad, workshops and conferences; during acquisition and inspection trips; and during all events aimed at promoting the Czech Republic as a destination for the meetings and incentive industry. This is a publication of fundamental importance presenting the full potential the Czech Republic for the MICE industry.
